In this episode, I speak with Microsoft CTO Advisor Williams Adams on the topic of Agency. A long time Microsoft employee, William has made long-standing impact within the large company by engaging his own sense of agency. He talks with me about how he challenged the status quo, created new programs (specifically LEAP, Microsoft's apprenticeship program), and made global impact through a series of decisions and just saying, "why not?".
